Bookings & quotes
Quotes requested through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before your first appointment and may be adjusted if your home's actual condition or size differs materially from what was described.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee to compensate your assigned cleaning professional for reserved time.
Payments
We accept secure online payments and offer the option to keep a card on file for automatic billing after recurring visits. All payment processing is handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.
Access to your home
By booking a cleaning, you authorize our team to enter your home using the access method you provide (key, lockbox, smart lock code, or your presence) solely for the purpose of performing the requested service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
